The Parish AGM, attended by over 60 people, took place on 26th September 2017.
An overview of the events which took place during the term (2014-2017) of the outgoing Council was presented by Fr Tony.
Fr Brian Grogan discussed the Discernment Process which he facilitated.
As a result seven people were nominated for election. As there were seven positions available on the Council, those attending the AGM agreed to forgo an election.
The new members of the PPC for 2017-2020 – John Barry, Jennifer Kelly, Martina McNamara, Conor O’Doherty, Kathleen O’Donnell, Clodagh O’Reilly-Boyles and Audrey O’Sullivan – introduced themselves at the meeting. Two members of the outgoing Council will be co-opted for one year, as per the Constitution. The two members selected are Susanne O Reilly and Alec Moore.
Congratulations and best wishes were expressed to the new Council.
