This May Fr Paddy celebrates 50 years service in the priesthood. He was ordained in Clonliffe College by Archbishop John Charles McQuaid on 28 May 1967. After ordination he worked in the following ministries:
Priest Teacher at the Vocational School Dundrum 1967-1970; CC Crumlin 1970-1971; Ashford 1971-1975; Avoca 1975-1982 Sean Mc Dermott Street as CC and Adm. 1982-1990; Athy 1990-2000
Donabate CC and PP 2000-2011; CC Kilmacud- Mount Merrion 2011 to date.
As a parish community we are all invited to join Fr Paddy and his family at the 11.30am Mass in Kilmacud Church on 21 May 2017 with refreshments afterwards.
There will be envelopes available at the back of the Church if anyone wants to take one and leave them in to the Parish Office.
